Since no one got my Kiriban, I asked my love if she'd like to have it. After much gleefull screeching, she asked me to draw her dog, Trooper.Meet Trooper.
He's a shelty-gsd mix who's going on 9 and a half years of age. She's had him since he was three, adopted him from a humane society. Unfortinetly, when she moved in with me, she had to leave him behind with her mother, since he was too old to handle the move very well. (plus, his personality would make adapting very difficult on him)
She hasn't seen him in over a year now and misses him emensely.
The pose was inspired by a pic I got of him a year ago, he was laying on the couch in just such a possition. Appariently something he does often. Using the pic as a reference, this was born.
I do have to say this is one of my favorite pics eva. I love how his face came out, and the pose is so unique, I love it. xD
And plus, Trooper is just a sweetheart. Anything involving him you just have to love. xP
