i want to add some info about Juhani, but will need to compose it first, so TBA

to make a long story short, he is a druid which recently became a shaman. Drum beater and tambourine are on the left, ribbons on the inner side of the tambourine symbolize 'roosts' (i don't know if this is a correct name for it on english) for his spirit helpers, and blue beads on tambourine, dreamcatcher and all over his clothes are scaring away bad spirits. Images on outer side of tambourine and drum beater are microcosm.
clothes are for winter(left)/summer(right)
