Blookbot....I don't really know how to explain this...other than it was inspired by this song .I think the idea was that the Napstablook was a human that fell into the underground and began to die of their injuries, while Mettaton was a ghost of another human who had died in the underground. Mettaton begged Alphys for a body and just as they were ready to start they came across Napstablook, and so Napstablook's soul was put in the robot body along with Mettaton's to keep it from breaking.
I guess this would be in an AU like Underfell or something, as I see Alphys using the loyalty of the two to trap humans while offering their own separate bodies as a reward. I have the feeling that Napstablook would be less reluctant to fight humans than Mettaton in this universe- hence
why their arm is damaged.
