She is a lab experiment of fusing human embryos with plants, and she is the first successful outcome of the flower girls. She is fused with both poison Ivy (hence her name) and Cosmos flowers.
She is the only flower girl who is fused with two types of plants, the rest are only fused with one. She is very timid, but can also act violently. She views her creator with high regards, and is somewhat of a big sister / motherly figure to all the other flower girls, who are much younger.
