Drawn for *Pokedex club.a cutesy tentacool instead of a mean one
I wanted to put water droplets on her skin but everytime i tried , it did'nt work out right
and then i lost my wacom pen so i had to finish it up with the mouse >_> *sigh* *edit: her legs are a bit Off and i did'nt notice until i saw the completed pic. so no need to even comment on that mistake.

yeah, LOL . also the only reason i put that background is because Pokedex club wants every pic to have it. i had no idea you could do that in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire . sad think about that is that i had the game lol.

That's some thing they let you do beginning in the Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire generation. When you log onto a PC in a Pokémon Center, you can mark your Pokémon with those symbols. It's kinda pointless, I think.
