I like how you used song lyrics in the description there, it really brings out a stronger message to the picture. I've done that a few times before, it's pretty enticing.
With this picture, you did an excellent job with drawing out the rain and Stripes all soaked, adding a little touch by trying to get all the water drained from his tail. I know that Stripes hates getting wet, so I'm surprised to see how he doesn't look angry, or even concerned here, more like a state of wonder. Let's just hope his house is close by, heh. XD
