Description I didn't like the look of the colored pencils in the first version
I was inspired by George Lucas to redo the original drawing digitally, as it was meant to be seen! Also, changed something from the original linework that I think adds to it.

Funny thing is, for me this is the exact opposite. The hardest thing about drawing ponies is that you can't draw hands at all. In effect, you lose one of the most expressive parts of body language, and it doesn't help that it's very difficult to make up for that in facial expressions and hooves alone (which is what it boils down to most of the time).

And don't even get me started on how silly it looks when you try to make it look like they're grabbing something... XD
