Description It's allright, I'm not a photographer. But I liked this model quite enough to photograph it right away. It may have the most boring CP ever, but the result its quite more of what I imagined

To design, a lot more than it was supposed to (six months or so...). To fold, something like three hours. And instructions (Crease Pattern) is available in my blog, here (spanish, and no folding directions) [link]

Despite the claws, the tongue and the nose are my favorite parts. Great model!

WOW.
I especially love the way the claws came out.
I'm terrible at making really small folds

I wish I could do stuff like this...

How did you learn to do such epic origami?

Well, I've been folding origami for 7 years (I wasted my highschool folding and designing XD).

Wow, same here... I just gotta keep at it, then...

I've been focusing more on the aerodynamic aspects of paper (mostly airplanes, but I did get my friend's origami eagle to glide nicely), but I have no idea how to shape it like you do.

oh well - "grafted" fingers?
the head is pretty cool, but the only thing i would say isn't perfect is the tail, and some advice:you could make the "scales"(excess flaps due to reverse folding) stand up to make it look cool
no criticism, it's my second favourite eastern dragon after Ryu-Zin.
well done!

I thought about it, but I decided that rabbitear-ing the points in the tail would look awkward with the scales of the body, and the simple look of the model would be compromised if I shaped he scales like this. I never really tried it though. It may work.

i meant like......look at the tail of ryuzin 3.5.
oh. so all you were trying for was simplicity.
i just couldn't get it!
