First I though it was deadshot (redesign) because seem he's looks mastery of sharpshooter and always with Harley. Then saw the teaser is a different character.
His helmets design seem like Alien Xenomorph xD.

The colors may be wrong but i just follow up the teaser color instead fully release. Plus is a sketch anyways.
