Description
Whirlpool currents of sparkling sapphire lace whirl around her chest. Petals of organic pintucked ombre organza make her skirt. We stitched teal and green paillettes throughout to add shimmer. Filigree armor in the same color of her gown decorates her shoulders, iridescent scales give a "creature" feel to the arms and necklace.Wings by Fancy Fairy Wings & Things!

I've never given detailed comments on a dress before but yours are so amazing I thought I'd give one a try. Where to start? Well, let's start with the impression this dress would make in any ballroom entrance. People would literally stop what they are doing and look at whoever entered the room wearing this dress. The color is so vibrant and the choice of material on the skirt creates that sensation of floating which I suppose goes with the idea of the Faerie.
In terms of design, I'm really glad to see you add a piece of jewellery around her neck and across her shoulders and arms. I think the choice of accessories is a detail that sometimes gets missed when people dress elegantly and its nice to see that you created not just a dress, but a full outfit.
This is so well done, so instead of improvements, I tried to think of possible alternatives. Instead of the scaled arms, in keeping with filigree armor, maybe you could pair it with some golden bracelets, a little color contrast and the introduction of some magic to the piece. Maybe even some golden leaf-like bracelets that wrap around the bicep of the arm. Just brainstorming though. It's awesome as it is.
Anyway. You do outstanding work and each piece is not only a great example of craftsmanship, it's also a great example of coherent, inspired design. Well done!
