Description
I want my life to be colored as these MuffinsJust some Chocolate Muffins with sugar glaze and those colored pieces of sugar (tell me the english name please) I made this afternoon.. they are really soft and sweet!!!!!

Yes.. I'll give you the recipe.. but, I have to say that next time I'll try another recipe because with this one they were good for about 2 days.. after these days there became too towy (? sorry I don't know if it is the right word 
So, here the recipe (I have to translate it in english because I found it in an italian cooking website):
Ingredients:
200 gr flour
190 gr sugar
8 gr ferment for sweets (sorry I'm not sure of the word ferment)
150 ml milk
2 eggs
50 gr chocolate drops
60 gr bitter cocoa
50 gr butter
Now you have to mix separately wet ingredients and dried ingredients.
So in a bowl mix milk, eggs and the melted butter.
In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, ferment, chocolate drops and cocoa.
Then you can mix the 2 bowls together amalgamating gently.
Now you have to use some cold butter and flour in the muffins molds (if they are in paper you have not to do this step).
Then you have to fill 2/3 of each mold.
Then you can put them in the oven for about 15/20 mins at 180Β° C.
I hope you can understand my explanation.
