Glaceon howling to summon a blizzard
It's been ages since I've drawn decent Pokemon art, let alone drawing at all n.n;
Hope it turned out good
I tried Paint Tool SAI from the suggestion of few friends ^^ It made drawing with tablet easier, since Photoshop is such a heavy program, so maybe it will help me get over my inactivity X3 Since one of the reason of it was that drawing with photoshop was hard.
I still couldn't quite figure out all the nice little details of the program, so coloring provided some difficulties X3 But I'm learning :3 Effects are done with Photoshop, as usual.
