First, I must say I adore these Pokemon lightwave wallpapers that I have seen going around the internet. I have no idea who made them, but I wish I did so I could follow them and figure out how they do them.Here's the story...
I found this picture [link] and thought I'd make a better one. Mewtwo deserves the best, and I really wanted to work in Photoshop since I had just gotten it re-installed on my computer. I just edited the Mewtwo image, added a cut of his tail to add interest to the image, and added the text.

That is a smiley icon. At the bottom of the comment box, there is a underlined word: "Emoticons." Clicking that gives a small pop-up. Just copy and paste the words (usually between two colon symbols) into your comment. For example, the one I used is "highfive" between colons. It would come out like this: 
As for plz icons, that took me awhile to learn as well. The plz icons are just the icons of deviantart users. So you would put a colon, "icon" then the name of the artist. For example, to get my icon it would be a colon then "iconfirewings26" and it would look like this: Your icon would be "iconlirokun-the-cat" and look like this: As for finding the plz icons, I don't really know how to find them. I usually just use Google and type something along the lines of "deviantart plz" then whatever topic I want like hugs.
The preview button next to the add comment button is also good for getting used to using these extras.

yeah! even now, when i listen to the tune of Tears of Life, and I get to the part when Mewtwo's 'speaking', i feel like crying. he's so inspirational, and it makes me so angry that people act like his words mean nothing, just 'cause it's a cartoon. if we humans took Mewtwo's words to heart, well, who knows where we would be today? probably in a better world, a world with less fighting, less death.

Not only because he's a cartoon, but because it's media. Media is so available now that most people don't actually reflect upon what they're watching/listening to. I've also noticed in general that most people just don't care. They do what they want, when they want, when it benefits themselves. All we can do is take care of our own actions to make the world a better place.
