I know this kind of question sucks, but how you did the shoulder's armor? =X

Sorry for the delay!! D:
But for the armor, I used thin cardboard to create the shape. It involved making some test patterns with cardstock paper to get the shape down. There's also some wire in there to reinforce the form. Then I paper mached it a few times, and finally painted it.
THere's lots of ways to approach it, but this is a way that uses cheap materials! Hope that helps!

Hahah, I took 'em off for this pic. I think Ken looks particularly evil as the Digimon Emperor without his glasses, so I wanted to captured that in this photo! You can see 'em in some of my other photos though-- they're fun to wear!

Hahah, that's the problem! It's a pain to wear and hard to travel with... I definitely want to cosplay more of Ken, just not as the Digimon Emperor. It's just sad that I put so much work into the wig and not be able to wear it again :C
