Appearance: Black hair, dark brown eyes and wore round glasses. A 178 cm tall and 73 kg male. He always used his dolls to walk around the town though. His favorite doll was the one in the app.

Personality: He had big self-confidence and a perfectionist, especially toward his ability to make dolls. When it involved his dolls he would make sure his dolls would turn up perfect and paid attention to even the smallest details, dedicating his everything toward his work but toward things that didn't catch his attention and bore him he would put almost no effort at all. He was a curious person. He liked improving ideas he come in contact with and always tried to test his potential and limit but every improvement ideas, test of potential and limit he come up with would only be implemented if he was sure it had a high probability to work. He had vivid imagination and decisive, would assess all possible situations and probabilities. He didn't like to lead things and content to just staying in the background. Sometimes he could be idealists and cynics at the same time. He preferred to work in his shop alone. He had a difficulty to understand the complex of socialization, something simple like small talk annoyed him.

Background:
There was a rumor in Shizume city…about the leaderless Blue Clan. They said the soon to be new Blue King was just a kid. They said that Blue King candidate was a little girl. They even said she was a Strain. It wasn't official yet. It was just a rumor. It was just a mouth to mouth gossip which spread among certain selected people in Shizume city. Heck, the Dresden Slate didn't even choose her. It hadn’t choosing anyone yet. So the reason why such nonsense rumor could spread or even why it appeared in the first place was still a mystery. Whether she would become the real Blue King or not, nobody know.

He wasn't a Shizume city residence but his job made him met a lot of people. Various people who sometimes couldn't keep their mouth shut. They talked to him. They gave him information in exchange of another different information which he gathered.

The strain girl could felt the Dresden Slate's pulse. Another information.

Then the rumor changed. They said she joined HOMRA. They said she had close connection to the Red King. They even said she had blood relation with the brash Red King, Suoh Mikoto, and moved in with him in that weird bar called Homra....right away after that incident of destroyed hospital.

The one who destroyed that hospital were the red clan, said one of his client one morning. he just nodded and give his client a paper which contain another different information while storing the newest one, in case somebody else want to exchange it with another.

And another Blue King was chosen. A man named Munakata Reisi.

That sudden change of rumor was the reason that he ventured to the Shizume city and tried to meet the so called little strain girl. Just out of curiosity. Nothing more, nothing less. Seeing her from afar was enough then he would continue his life like everyone else. Of course the little strain girl couldn't become king. Because she was a Strain. Because they were strain. That's what they were. Strain. The one's who failed to become King. A Failed King.

But that day, under the blue blue sky of Shizume city, his life took a sudden turn. His messed up life as a Strain doll maker.
And all of it was because that little girl in red. Because he met her...and felt her kindness.

"Aren't you cold?"

He's a doll maker. When he put a piece of his 'soul' in his creation [in this case, his dolls] he can make it moves around and he can see through its eyes. The amount of 'soul' will affect his synchronization with his doll. The more he put his 'soul' the more he could attune with it. With enough 'soul' he could even makes his consciousness enter the doll.
[Well, even though I said 'soul' it actually can be anything. For example, his nails, his hair, his blood, even skin and flesh ]

• He made the doll in the app with the intention to make it as Anna's replacement. But then halfway the completion, he realize that the doll's just a cheap copy of Anna and change her design (just a little bit though). He admired Anna as a strain who almost manage to reach out to Dressden Slate but he hated it when she chose to become Mikoto's clansman. And the fact that Anna saw Mikoto as her strongest pillar kinda make him bitter. So he tried to make the perfect Anna for himself. As a replacement of 'Anna' in his heart. But then he realize that no matter how good his doll was, The 'real' one was always superior.
