Oh no! It looks like that rotten candy apple, Gisillia- the spoiled-but-literally sweet Chocolate Usul- is breaking into stores and stealing their super trendy clothes! Will the Defenders of Neopia be able to stop this trendy terror- or will they not get permission!?Hey! Check this out! I won 2nd place in the Random Contest! I'm thrilled, but I'm a little bummed at the same time; I thought there was a file size limit so I greatly reduced the quality of my image for no reason. Hmmprh.
Oh well. Here's the good version.Anyway, Gisillia finally gets her due as a supervillain! I couldn't come up with a name for her, though. Maybe the Chocoshopoholic?

Moehogs are not my favorite neopets but people do love them. I think they need just one color that they can pull off better than any other neopet.
I have a feeling the PPL will stop Gisillia from having multiple petpets even though those are some happy looking Tennas.
