Kiriban Gift for
She caught my 6,666 Kiriban [link] EDIT: GAhhh huge filee.. Made it smaller X_X
Her request: Solana from Pokemon Ranger Series
Done with: ink and mouse.
Time: about 2 hours...
Sorry it took such a long time to submit this. Wow.. I've never really drawn a background before.. and I count this one as my first, since I did spend time on it. It took me forever to do the clouds.. X_X Sorry about the fugly look on Solana, after all, I can't draw humans.. *currently practicing*. Oh and the freaky smile on the girl and her plusle.. errr.. blame it on One Piece :3 This is my last piece before I go..

wow, i love her pose! the background is very intricate and i can tell you put a LOT of work into it. the dugtrio is a nice touch too. XDD
if i could give you a little bit of critique: if you outlined some of the background near the front, it would give the illusion that the entire background is solid.
say, if you outlined a few blades of grass and let it fade away toward the back. (: and perhaps some of the dust around dugtrio's dirt. X3

I think you're getting better at drawing humans. Her head could be wider, but the rest of her body looks good to me. I like her expression and the pose she's in! Plusle's adorable too and I like the BG. I like the cast shadows too and how Dugtrio's digging up the ground like that.
