I honestly dunno where this is supposed to be going. This has no humor whatsoever in it. Yet I can see a bit of character development with it.

We get to hear a little rant that the Superior say about their life as the leaders, and some little things that others find shocking, but since the Superiors before them hardly interacted and joined their shipmates, the current Superiors have to get used to it.

As for 2111, this is basically the aftermath of Reggie's bullying back in the Training academy. 2111 does things alone, despite having a mate (He doesn't eat with her, the reason will be in 3611's bio, once I'm finished typing it) and still has a crush on 423 when he really shouldn't. He's also a clear alcoholic...
