+My Music+ ~Jazz!!!
Colored a week ago and finally got around to posting. Just the actual colored version (with my colored pencils -.-) of: [link] I don't even remember what I was thinking when I came up with this concept...maybe just a really inspirational day with something I was listening to? Or maybe because I wanted to draw something with a really crappy trumpet in it? (FYI. I play the trumpet lol) Ah well. Technically this could be any of the ninja turtles but I colored him to be Don because he's my favorite

Funny, yesterday I thought about adding a drawing to my 'work to do list' which included Donatello playing a violin, Leonardo playing a flute, Raphael playing an electric guitar and Michelangelo playing a trumpet or a saxon, or even drums
And here you go and make Donnie playing a trumpet. Pretty scary, same concept after all XD;
Who knows what were you thinking about when making this. I was thinking about instruments because of a friend, and I was trying to come up with a (supposedly) original drawing for the Turtle guys, and I love music... so I thought of making them play a instrument. I'm not sure the ones I picked stick to their perosnalities, but in my opinion they look cool (in my head for now) playing those ones I chose for them
So about the drawing (sorry for the rambling) I like how it turned out. The trumpet is nicely done, too!! Donnie looks serene and concentrated on playing his trumpet

I was thinking about drawing the rest but I'm not 100% sure yet. Maybe I'll finish em all and call it the "TMNT: Music Series"? >) Maybe...
Yeah I understand where you're coming from. I play trumpet though and Don's my favorite so I guess it stuck with me that he should play the trumpet. Oh and Leo should play the saxaphone

Well, it would be great to see the rest of the turtles playing instruments!! But of course, do it if you feel like it and you want to ^^ And that is a nice name for the pictures
