It was a sketch that I cleaned up and slightly edited in PS. .. Yeah. The picture was going to be a boy and a girl standing up but then it turned into this.So I just totally WENT there baby.
Well enjoy my first boy love picture.
Btw, i don't feel like coloring it because it'll just ruin the picture since I suck at coloring.

Go Neff!! Breaking the boundaries. Love is love nobody can change that. I like how you give it that " dreamy" effect. It really makes the sketch come to life (emotions and all).

I think you're great at coloring, but I understand what you mean. Whenever I color stuff it doesn't look as good as it did in sketch form.

The picture does look good, but it could definitely use some "sharper" and cleaner lines...

And I purposely used the gaussian blur because I like the effect it gives. I don't really like rough sketches. maybe it could have been darker but if you can see it that's all I'm concerned about.

That is unfortunate. One should not be adverse of constructive criticism, because that helps one improve.
In any case, if you do not want critique on your work, you may say so when submitting (there is that thing, "critique not desired" or what was it...)

I know that button exists but just because your one of the only people that critiques my work doesn't mean I'll mark it down. It would save some trouble but I'd rather leave it as the default comment. And I like constructive criticism but it's a sketch. And I'd like to leave it like that. Besides, I daw how I draw if it's too light it's too light. And although your recommendations are helpful and greatly appreciated I would hope you look at the drawing itself rather then how I drew it or the lines. You seem to be one who favors darker clearer lines but that's not my style. Maybe if you critiqued more on the clothes or anatomy itself I would be a lot more grateful.

Oh, I see where you are going with this, but really, you shouldn't take it so hard. I take the time to critique your work because I see great artistic potential in you and your work and I want to see you develop as an artist, much like you have during your time on DA.
In any case, I get what you are saying, so I'll refrain on commenting on the boldness of your lines and focus more on the things you mentioned, if that is what you want

Well you know, thank you very much. I'm being rude because I'm just cranky. Your critique is helpful though. But maybe I'm saying not to concentrate on sketches as much as actual finished work.

That is quite allright, I don't mind a bit of crankiness (crankyness?..), after all, we all have bad days
And yeah, I want to see you get better as an artist (and I know you will, as long as you keep drawing), although I should propably spend some more time drawing on my own account... (gosh, it really is desolate in my gallery)
