Story of my life - I am a girl, but I don't brag about playing games - there is this wannabe gamer in my class, who is just like "OMG, I totally play Pokemon HeartGold". Yeah, sure. I asked her three simple questions: What region is it in, what console is it on and what pokemon is Ho-Oh. Answers: Kanto, Gameboy and legendary. She basically looked up the legendary and looked at the title of the game. I'm less lazy...

anyways, I think I can agree with this somewhat. I'm also a 'girl gamer' or whatever. I don't care if I am. Instead, I am a GAMER who just happens to be a girl, not the other way around. I think it's not common for girls to be playing games like Halo or CoD, yes, but I'm sure there are quite a few.

I'm extremely amused by ~Julesworld99 . What's up with thinking you're a sexist when this comic is an obvious satire of all the poser/wannabe/weaboo gamer girls that constantly claim they are gamers to others like they're gold or something. I've come across my fair share of dumbass girls that tell me, "I'm a gamer girl and it makes me special. Come hither boys and either hit on me or get destroyed in CoD."
I, as a female, do not label myself as a "girl gamer", but just a "gamer" because an individual that plays video games is already unique within itself and I don't need to beat the idea that I'm a "girl gamer" into people's heads like it's important. So to the people that are hating on a comic that's making fun of stupid girls that make the truly badass ones look bad are just sad cases that have nothing else to do with their lives.
