This was a request from , it's her original character Libria Lilith Kyzal. I hope I got her right... I actually didn't know if the rose should be on the dress, but I saw it on one of the references so I just put it there. lolWater is supposed to be Libria's element, so that's why the waves in the background and all the water drops all around her..
