Awakening from a Midsummer Night's DreamAlarming is the realisation of true love
Not so sudden, nor so sweet
But for the feeling in one's chest
Which comes from neither fair of face
Nor charming of nature
But from thy clever wit
And adopted gentleness in your ways
Which was not there before, I dream.
It puzzles me, why I love you so
We get on so well, and yet,
This dream I have not ventured on
For can it ever work you and i?
For the world is our stage
But I am no actress.
