Description
Done for ~Extinct 's contest (she is now on another dA, but you have to ask her if you want to follow her).
You needed to revamp one of her old characters known as Kat. (original designs here - [link] [link] )

I decided to follow the original colors in the first concept (the one with rainbows) but I also took into account that she likes wings and stars.
The idea developed as I sketched out the original design, and this is what I got in the end.
I designed Kat so that she had a tail that appeared like a shooting star, and as the body progresses, the fur changes from a starry night (the bottom and partially feet), to dusk/dawn (stomach and backs of front legs), and finally to day (front of body). She has hazel-y green eyes now instead of a simple brown eye color, and he wings consist of clouds. Since they are clouds, they can change color, change shape, produce rain or lighting, and sometimes fade entirely.

The design also was based slightly off of the concept of a phoenix (hence the change of different colors and the sense of "change" on the character).

If this design is not chosen, she will be put up for sale in an auction with ~Extinct 's permission.
