He's remained silenced for the majority of the time but of a sudden he begins to talk and it's super high pitched! You instantly burst out laughing and than...

Meet the Hitotsume Kozo, the third strongest warrior race in all of Japan!
These small but buff, one eyed creatures are unbelievably strong fighters and are masters of hundreds if not thousands of combat styles. Only outmatched by the Tengu , the Hitotsume Kozo live all across Japan and, oddly enough have a very positive relationship with humans despite the often laughter they endure from people that here their voices even being a major help as an ally during the war against Otakemaru . The Hitotsume Kozo are both honorable and powerful, these warriors are spread throughout Japan and while most of them still wonder the land fighting powerful opponents or simply living their lives, a large group of these warriors have become Sensei, teaching Hunter Priests in the ways of magic and combat to help train them for the many battles to come. Some of them have even become Kariudo Saishi and even normal Yokai Hunters, and thankfully no Yokai Hunter is going to try and cause them any trouble because if their is one thing you should never do, it's underestimate a Hitotsume Kozo.
