This is the other twin clockwork owl demon, Nechku, who is from Okami and fights against Amaterasu, Oki, and was actually one to be taken down the first time with Shiranui.

Though it's not a actual doodle, Nechku is a slot machine and he has a moon above it as some sort of post. Not much else do I know, though he can swoop in a grab, most like Lechku and fires some purple flame-induced orbs. He can help activate the time freezing of his brother's ability.
