Hey there! C:Good thing has happened, my inspiration came back 8D! I had lost it for 3 month :C...
That's why you might see more picture now
Anyway, about this picture, this one took me a lot of time >.<
I let how imagine how much time I needed to draw all these small scales XD Those scales killed meh :C
Since the moon is "glowing" I wanted to add light effect on Blue, but that I'm not pleased with, I think the light is failed :C

I used a brush with the gimp, you can download them by typing Gimp brushes in browse

How do you save them as a brush or use them?

you need first to download them, decompress them and put them in a dossier. After that you need to put them on -> Hard disk C: -> Program files -> Gimp -> share -> gimp -> brushes
and then when you'll open the gimp you have to click on the brush and click on circle 11 and you have the full list of all your brushes

you can change the color of the brush by changing the color just up
