I was THIS close to having her alias be "The Scarlet Witch" but then I remembered Avengers so that name is taken. Boo. XP

So anyway, 'The Heroic Legend of Arlsan' ended yesterday (well the dub anyway) and now I am currently going through the "My favorite show ended and now I don't know what to do with my life anymore" feels. But along with those feels came a new OC. Everybody, say hello to Selena!

Selena is a very powerful mage and has the powers to create and manipulate shadows. She also has the power of mind control and can cause her victims to see visions of their greatests fears as if they are real. (Think Scarlet witch from Avengers) She's also actually a villain. She's known as the red witch for two reasons: The first obviously being her hair and eye color and the second because of her ruthlessness towards her enemies. She CAN and WILL kill you if provoked so its best to stay on her good side.

Selena wasn't always so bad though. She was actually a very sweet girl who grew up in a quiet village with a family of other mages. However, her family was accused of witchcraft and the previous King in the show, King Androgoras (Arslan's father) sent a small army and had the entire village slaughtered. Selena was the only one who was able to escape because her mother hid her in a hidden room under the floor right before the soldiers burst in and killed her family.

The incident obviously traumatized Selena and she went into hiding for many years, practicing her magic and growing stronger as her heart grew colder. Her mission in life now is to seek revenge on the king and do to him what he did to her all those years ago. She plans on killing either Androgorras himself or his son Arslan. Whichever comes first. Or both. She aint picky.

Despite all this though, Selena is fiercely loyal to her allies and friends. If you're in trouble she will go out of her way and step in to help (usually her first go-to instinct being to kill and or traumatize the person who was giving you problems in the first place) and if you catch her in a particularly good mood, she's surprisingly affectionate.

Love interest- Hilmes/Silver Mask (Yes, yes I know he's the villain but villians need love too!!)
