Description
Aspens younger sister. Ka’ahn was born blind with the addition of being more prone to ear infections. This caused her to be more vulnerable and unable to fend for herself. Aspen always wanted to be Ka’ahn's 'big brother' protector figure when they were young. They had a very strong bond until Aspen took his eyes off of her for a few minutes outside of territory when they were exploring as pre teens and Ka’ahn being in constant pain from an ear infection she was encountering Ka’ahn wanted to distract herself. She knew of a log bridge as Aspen and Ka’ahn came to this same river location on occasion. Using the rest of her senses Ka’ahn crosses the log trying to get to the other side. Due to the pain she gets a little shaky loosing her balance causing her to slip and fall off the log into the river below that has a strong current. Aspen tried to save her running down stream to grab her but the current was faster than he was. The force of the strong current of the river swept her away causing her to drown. Aspen was never able to forgive himself after that incident which is how his pain for his sister ended up turning into deadly anger.
