This is a commission for one of my friends who doesn't have a account on deviantart.I wanted to try draw a blue simple background because I thought it'd look good.

very nice shading on the dress, and hair , needs a bit more relaxation on the shoulder though it seems a bit too far away from her body, but overall it has a very sweet and gentle feel to the character
