I gotta ask how did you take the ears off? This is amazing!

Cut them off with exacto. Filled in the holes and sanded with Apoxie Putty. This part is a pain, hand to spend a bit of time with my fingers inside the head smoothing out the putty.

Brilliant, really well done little guy. Is he a mini? Only thing I would suggest is the layout of the image itself, as good as it looks to have all the angle in a long row ( I used to love laying out my work like this) it makes it harder to view on a screen. For on screen visual ease its best to tray keep rectangular or work down. Just a thought. However this is no way a dig at the actual munny himself, he is superbly done.

Thanks. Will play around with that in future figure shoots. Yeah, he was a 4" mini.

If it was large print then I would say the way you have it is fantastic , but digital is a slight diff realm as the visual is confined to the device

Personally I think the layout is fine. I think you get more movement in this set up.

I know I'm not the creator of this piece, but thanks for your layout input! I'll keep it in mind for my own work, ha ha! XD

oh don't get me wrong, I love the layout, I am very partial to this way of aligning things, i feel the flow is 'right'. However in print, this works well, as the viewer can see it all it one go, but I have found through my years as a designer, both graphics and art, that when it comes to viewing something on a computer screen, which the majority are of a square format, it just doesn't get viewed how it is meant to. The majority of those who use the internet are akin to the 'scroll down' notion this is also supported via technology, i.e. the scroll wheel on a mouse. To view such a long piece in one hit on the screen reduces the size down considerably so that many will over look it. By no means is this discrediting the piece itself, it is fantastic, and the layout is fantastic, its just for the means of digital presentation, it doesn't always work so well.

Ah. I see.
That's good to know. I suppose monitor sizes also play a big part in digital presentations. Not everyone has 40" or multiple screens ((I sure as heck don't)).
Here's a question though, if the image ((or images I suppose)) is horizontal but very small, like 2" x 4" or so, should you still consider posting them in a vertical layout? Or since it is so small to begin with, will it not really matter?

Thank you very much for your input btw! And sorry if I'm bugging you.

No of course you are not bugging me Its my pleasure. I would say if it's small anyway and fits into the screen comfortably leave it. It also depends on the content, if the image is meant to be verticle, ie a landscap or long piece of art then it needs to be the way it was intended to be viewed. However with something like this which is a collection of individual images of dif angles etc it's best in my opinion to layout more user friendly on a screen, as it's not changing the art just the layout. I have a 40" I mac so viewing these kind of things is no problem to me and it looks great, but most monitors are not that big or high resolution
