Have an ANGERY BOY

Well, we found The Grandfather. He didn't really seem to think we were worth his time though, so he sicked the zombie ogre that pulls his corpse wagon on us and teleported away (much to Sal's anger; they really wanted to stab him).

We were half trying to kill the damn thing and half trying to make a retreat (with minimal success on both sides), but then it decided to pick up Salvo like a dinky little toy and Spook got VERY angry and unloaded on it.

Which STILL didn't kill it, but it did hurt.

Ironically enough, it died to charm person. Sorrel asked it to please stop (and it failed its save so it had to), but it was cursed with something that forced it to attack every turn or take psychic damage. And, well. It just stumbled around unable to make it's wisdom save (due to very bad wisdom + bane from Sal) for a bit until it died. Anticlimactic, but effective!

It was a pretty tense fight, even though nobody was really hurt.

We then moved on to investigating the weird cursed glowing rock The Grandfather was playing with - Trixi tried to steal it during the fight, but she was unable to let go of it and it gave her some weird traumatic visions (and seemingly transported her somewhere, but I think only in her head) and it was. Not fun. It's also seemingly immoble, just floating in place. Sal immediately tried to pick it up right after, but Spook stopped them (he WAS hiding behind them because he was terrified of it [it seems to be the source of all the awful feelings he's been getting] but worked up the nerve to intervene just for that). We decided to destroy it from a SAFE distance and then GET THE FUCK OUTTA THERE (but not until after Sal left a little shrug emoji with their god's face/their mask on the ground as a fuck you to The Grandfather - that was incredibly important).

Oh also, we found the scouts! They were very dead. As is to be expected.
