-It is kinda interesting, and…well might be a little sad that these days, animatronic restaurants are not a thing anymore, at least in such larger scale as they were over 30 years ago. Nowadays if you wanna see animatronics, you gotta go to theme/amusement parks, or see some that collectors or hobbyists have made on the internet. I don’t really know where else you could see them with your own eyes though…
-I touched upon this on Ask 162 , but why not bring up more info about Freddy’s rip-offs or competitors? Freddy’s prospered in my AU as they put a lot of emphasis on making the visiting experience for families as perfect as possible, and it helps that the animatronics are alive and interact with the customers on daily basis, giving so much immersion and a reason to come back for another day. Freddy’s may be in trouble in the main canon, but not in my AU! Though competitors in the main canon…no idea if they existed, but…it didn’t need them, the chain had issues from day 1 that destroyed it from the inside.
