That is a lovely shot! The lighting on it seems very good, and so do shadows from both the vase and the flowers as well. Nice contrast isn't missing from it either. Perhaps you could have added some kind of vignetting to boost that depth of field on the picture! And, there is a bit more free space on the above than on the below of the vase, which leaves the picture have a little less symmetry than it could, so my suggestion would be cropping the above a bit. All in all, the picture is well-shot and shows a beautiful feeling of the subject!
