Magical Ability:
Precognition: Ability to foresee possible futures and observe what may happen. As knowledge of the future invariably causes that future to change, visions of the future are subject to frequent shifting. While not being able to select futures or travel through time, these visions may assist in possible courses of action. At times he can coax a vision to happen if he practices with any number of precognitive tricks, such as reading a tarot spread or tea leaves to give him hints of things to come.
Extrasensory Perception: Instantly learn whatever they wish. This applies to any and all kinds of information, knowledge, wisdom, experience, etc. Information can be either personal (memories, thoughts, etc.) or impersonal (academic knowledge, data, etc.). This ability can be used passively (as an instinctual reaction) or actively (by wanting to know specific information) This ability is one he hasn't trained or worked to hard in since, while he knows it's useful, it could also be a huge breach in someones privacy and he tends to only rely on this power when in a dire situation, he much prefers getting visions than forcing new information into his brain.
Magic Sensing: Ability to sense the presence and source of magical energies. Users can inherently feel magical energy in their vicinity regardless of where it may be present. This is an ability that it almost constantly being used by him in the most basic way so he can either sense the people around him or any object. He claimed everyone and every object, to him, has a different feeling to it and this ability is great help in finding lost things or feeling malicious intent in cursed or hexed items or people.
Limitations/Weakness:
Involuntary action happening unexpectedly, causes great strain to the user's mind. [At rare times he’ll be pulled into a false vision or he’ll be shown an alternate timeline’s ending and it can scare him if those visions show anyone he cares for meeting their end or being hurt]
Often suffers from sensory overload. Limited in the amount of information obtainable or have difficulty finding some information. As he usually uses his perception power as last resort it's a bit unpredictable and he usual either gathers too little information or too much, when the latter happens it can overload his mind and will either trigger some chaotic 'fake' visions or he'll just pass out.
Has a specified range in which they can sense magical energy. Also if an item or person or place has been spelled, hexed, magicked against his sort of power he wont be able to sense it, obviously. He finds it easier to sense larger masses of magic and smaller ones, such as tiny trinkets, take more focus and sometimes more time to find or notice.

In lore the "The Eye" is said to protect the wearer from the "evil eye" which results from the envy of onlookers, "The Eye" is said to deflect their stare. Miksa can be strongly superstitious at times and keeps a watchful eye on the students as they are younger and in his belief are more susceptible to be watched by the "Evil Eye" If he ever does give a student praise he'll then gently either pat their should or touch an arm as this is to remove the curse, as praising a child is said to bring the gaze of the "Evil Eye" onto them.

History:
Miksa was an only child and was doted on by his parents for awhile until his powers began to manifest and it scared his parents with how he would know impossible things or sometimes he’d tell them when bad things would happen, sometimes even predict the death of a loved one or a pet. They were almost ready to blame it all on him and dump him off somewhere but they gritted their teeth and kept him.
He was pretty much neglected until his teen years when his powers developed more as he practiced and learned other ways of divination. Once old enough he left town and began to live on his, couch surfing as he perfected his powers and learned their limitations, learned his own limitations. The idea of teaching was almost a joke when a friend suggested it to him but the thought rattled around inside his head and after a few visions and tea readings he decided, yes, teaching was for him so he reached out to get this job and was ecstatic when he was accepted as a teacher.
