Description

a woman known only as “Jody”. she is seen usually on overcast or rainy days, around out-of-the-way areas where cars can be parked.
she appears to have always been “rained on” or seems wet. according to witnesses she has never opened her eyes and seems to be “sleepwalking”.
after being seen she will walk down ravines, into wooded areas or fields of tall grass and seem to disappear from the area completely.
she has chased and physically attacked people who have tried to communicate with her.
“Jody” has not been identified as any individual living or dead in the area.
