Just wondering why there are no star trails.. or any stars for that matter?
Great shot none the less.

That is some amazing stuff. Actually suprised that the moon could give off enough light to illuminate the sea to give off colour. I can also see the stars above the moon, and perhaps a meteor in the middle of the pic on the right side?

It was done at night
This pic, as u can see, was done at a long exposure of 30 seconds, as u can see on the details below. If you consider what you eye sees at night, u might consider this picture overexposed (got 2 much light), but technically, this was the correct exposure, wich gives u this smooth tones wich you cant see at night, nor in daylight.
The flare you see, is the moon, if it was the sun, you can believe me, the sceene around the sun would look very diferent, shadow would be completely black, and i would have had to use a short shutter speed instead of a long exposure. It would be great if i could have caught the moon with detail, but that is just impossible.
thanx for the question

the aperture would have to be really big and i'd have to make sure there's no artificial light sources around yeh?

also looks like the way I imagine Snaiad would be. Perfect.

a bomb? there was one a few weeks ago on a seaside place called Antalya, planted by kurdish seperatists.... but don't worry, Turkey's a BIG place. currently there's a fucking little war going on in the east, 4-5 soldiers and who-knows-how-many kurdish guerillas dying everyday. the media is very quiet about it, to seem more attractive to tourists and the european union. thanks for caring!
