Decided to take the plunge and finally learn to paint!

Found some fantastic tutorials over at YouTube hosted by the very talented Ryan O'Rourke where you paint a scene in 10 minutes!! Yes, 10 minutes!! It really appeals to my lazy impatient side!

Though my version came out darker than his and I added a bit more detail in the background. I also got carried away with the highlighting!

Of course, my painting is naff in comparison to his but it's all practise and I had a lot of fun! I'm going to work my way through all his tutorials!
