Nails... Its funny... For more than 20 years, I cannot look at a nail without it triggering a memory.

A long time ago, during a school day a teacher took out a hammer, a nail and a block of wood. He told the class that the block of wood represented a persons feelings. He took the nail and smashed it into the wood with the hammer. The load noise scared the hell out of me! After he pulled it out with the claw he spoke to the class. "No matter how much you apologize after hurting someones feelings, it always leaves a scar."

I will never forget that.
