thanks Harvey! If a person explodes with anger at me (and if it seems out of proportion to what i've done to them), i must remind myself that it is not exclusively directed at me- i am not that vain. The cause is much larger,goes way back in time, involves dozens of prior hurts,and is actually not worth the bother to understand. Instead of seeing it as a personal grudge,look at the emotional outburst as a disguised power move, an attempt to control or punish me cloaked in the form of hurt feelings and anger.

@gromyko- maunawaan mo sna na bawat artist ay may ibat ibang disiplina, adhikain, pamamaraan at kalayaang gawin ang kanyang nais...at hindi iyon nasasaklaw ng naguumapaw mong karunungan.. dahil ang matinding ugat ng iyong punto ay ang sarili mo lang ding pamamaraan at pagkaunawa sa sarili mong gawa... sabi mo nga creator ka yup totoo yun, creator k ng gawa mo,. pero pagdating sa gawa ng iba eh hdi mo saklaw yun,.! mabuhay kayong lahat!

This paintings touches me deeply. For several reasons: first, her face cannot be seen. Second, she had red hair, and the third: she wears slippers.
It reminds me of Anne of Green Gables, a wonderful novel from L. M. Montgomery. I love that she doesn't look at us. She's the main 'thing' on the painting but she turns away and makes herself into a 'secret' She looks at the small house so we also look at it, following her gaze. A peaceful, small cottage amidst the many green leeves 
A lovely and touching detail is her blue ribbon in her hair. I love this painting
