I really like this. So simple, yet striking. I agree with ~stardock, you could work on some fine details a little more. But it's really great as it is anyway.

you should work on the connecting piece, where the cable meets the head. looks too unrealistic.
the scars is too "photoshop" to look real and you should really change the font and title.
now you got some constructive critique instead of asslicking.
