We practiced this pose and photo for a good 45 minutes, so I'm very happy you noticed and enjoy it!

Dang!Β That is great photography.Β Must of taken ages to set up such a wonderful shot.

It took almost 1,5 hours total to get this shot just right.
We practiced the pose and did part of the composition for 30 minutes in the afternoon with daylight and returned at night to do another 15 minutes practicing and setting up the camera before we moved on to really doing the shots for another 20 minutes
Post processing was about two hours to perfect all the details on this one!

I thought his leg was splayed out, but it's just his tail.
I think if the leg was out to the side it would give the piece more emotion and excitement.
