Description I know it's fall now and the trees have all changed colors (at least in the midwest), but I took a serious of woods photos about a month or so ago. I loved how they all turned out so I'm hoping to be posting them in a bit of a mini series here in the next week or so. I love the woods. It's impossible to be in a bad mood when I'm in them.  Don't let the road fool you- there is absolutely no cellphone service, no wifi for miles, and it's eerily quiet where these were taken.

I actually like there's nothing happening on this picture... you can stare at it and you feel more and more calm.
I like the landscape and also it's good the colours are well saturated, that the picture is not to bright.

Thank you for the feedback! n.n
I was trying to make the colors slightly muted. Or maybe not muted, but definitely not over-saturated (if that makes sense). I wanted it to give off really calm and peaceful vibes. <3

I don't like saturated colours either. The psychology of colour says  that rich and deep colours don't help to relax, so your intuition to make them a little muted was good
