Description MB3D

Venice?

No special effects are used on this.
Even the apparent reflections in water came right with the fractal image.
A 1 hour render on my i7 Core PC.

You really wouldnt identify this as a fractal. Really appealing

It feels almost like the catacomb version of Venice. I would even go as far to say that it might be the underworld of ancient greek and roman legend. Whatever it may be, it is very, very cool. Awesome job!

Wow, I just... I'm shivering in my seat, here. What IS this?! It's so... I want to be there. I'm sad that I'm sitting in my office chair, and not on this shoreline.

....Something off "W.O.W"? seriously? that's a super lame comparison...this is too good for the likes of such things...*shudder*

anyways!

I'd compare this to an illusion art-creating work! I thought the image was sideways XD...But I see now that it's intended this way, and actually not the wrong way up

... Such an envy. I can't get that good shots with mb3d. Anyway I updated it, the new version works a LOT better than the previous one, I learned how to get a "sublime smoothness" but I can't get a "good" shot

It's symmetric because 3D fractals have a symmetry plane like 2D ones have at least one or more symmetry axis (well, usually).

Do you know how to write new mb3D formulas? They seem to be in "machine code" ...

Luca

You will find out

As for writing mb3d formulas, I guess we will have to ask the author of the program.
