This is a great pose, and you've got a very appropriate looking expression to match the intensity of it. I'm not so sure that I agree about the eye being too big, but maybe it could be a little more detailed to match the detail in the fur and hair.
Her hands/paws are probably my favourite part. The lines flow very naturally in that part of the piece, and look great clutching the gun.

this really good to decent, except for the eye, it's huge even by most anime standards. If it was smaller this would be really good. Might just be me preference but consider it.
