How come he's got a fully formed tail when it looks like the (goo?) has only got so far as the very base of his spine, if even that far?

thats alright, i do take requests, but right now I am backed up a bit too much... so when I am done with these I am going to open up more requests but be a bit more picky on sequences and what I am going to draw.
