Oh! get well soon, In flu try Licorice tea I remember a friend from UK got sick and I recommended her that and she said it worked wonders and It also work wonders for me as well... so this mean u can find it there
Β You can get licorice root from any herbal store, take a root not very big just 2 inches long and put it in water and turn on the stove, when u see the color and its boiling, turn it off and drink...

I can eat oranges though so they should help, otherwise I just have to let it run it's course

Even if you take tea it only helps, flu and cold always run its course.. but tea helps to ease pain thats all...

and I meant NO showers, bath or watever.. common cold can turn ugly if not taken proper care.... just stay warm and rest NO showers...

Oh I do like coke but I ended up on Pepsi because mum was worried over how much I was drinking and wanted me to be on the zero stuff but pepsi max is nicer than coke zero so I stayed on pepsi max
I had to have a shower as I'd gone to karate yesterday and I was smelly and dirty. I'll be fine though I often take showers when I have a cold as just part of my normal routine

I dont like sugar free but I dont take much drinks eithers just green tea and I love it without sugar I easily consume 2-4 cups daily...

I have tried green tea when I was in Japan, I didn't like that either which didn't come as a surprise to anyone but it was free so worth a try

Well I just love green tea and its just me and my elder sis that likes it in family, everyone else is surprised how can be like it so much and we are surprised how can they not like such a wonderful taste lol
