Well, who's that conductor then? With little better to do I vectored a Weird Al based from this video: LinkAnyway, here's some Ert. Yes my shading is terrible. Yes my hands are terrible. This was done in jest and no effort was made on my part at all.

This is hilarious. I think I find it so amusing because I recall Mr Hope in this exact pose when he was conducting us one week. The new style ist good. I actually quite like. Also the Ert concept is excellent and I thoroughly approve.
