That's why the image pack is included in the zip file. The .abr file won't work with ps7, but you can make your own brushes with the image pack provided.

Ahh... ignoring the fact you've downloaded something you don't know how to use... I'm not sure what
graphic program you have. I use Photoshop CS and to install the brushes (the .abr file provided) you need
to find the adobe folder in your "Program Files" folder. Once you find that you need to go to "presets" and
then "brushes". Then it's just a matter of dragging and dropping the file into the folder and then, when you
load photoshop and look at your brushes, select those and have fun!
Or something like that!
