To use them in PSP you need to use the image pack included in the zipped file. You need to extract the images and create your own brushes from them. I'm not exactly sure how to do that... Usually you'd just import the images into your program. go to edit and click on the "define brush" or "creat brush" option and then you have a brush! But I'm not completely sure how it is in PSP. I'm really sorry about that.
